Maurten’s hydrogel technology is what sets these drink mixes apart. When mixed with water, each sachet forms a drink that, once it hits the stomach, transforms into a gel. Items Not Eligible for Return

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Opened packages
  • Damaged or soiled items
  • Products not in original packaging

Refunds

Once the returned goods are received and inspected, refunds are issued within 14 days to the original payment method.

Return shipping costs are not refunded unless the item is faulty or sent in error.

Damaged, Wrong, or Missing Items

If we are at fault, we cover return shipping and provide a replacement at no additional cost.
