The Marathon Pack contain the following products:

The PF 30 gels delivers 30g of carbohydrate per gel with an optimised 2:1 glucose to fructose ratio to maximise carbohydrate absorption and reduce gastrointestinal strain. For those who prefer fewer sachets and less faff, the PF 90 Gel packs 90g of carbs into a single resealable pouch, ideal for longer efforts or simpler fuelling logistics.

To support hydration, the PH 1500 Electrolyte Tablets, deliver 1,500mg of sodium per litre with a hypotonic formula designed for fast fluid absorption. They're particularly helpful if you lose a lot of sweat or sodium during exercise. Rounding things off are Electrolyte Capsules, blister-packed, portable, and a smart way to top up your sodium and potassium levels without the need to mix or carry fluids.

How does it work

The PF 30 and PF 90 Gels use a 2:1 glucose-to-fructose ratio to deliver energy that’s easy to absorb, supporting higher carbohydrate intake without digestive issues. Meanwhile, PH 1500 Electrolyte Tablets and Electrolyte Capsules help replace the sodium and potassium you lose through sweat, assisting with fluid retention and muscle function.

Together, this combination helps delay fatigue, reduce the risk of cramping, and maintain energy output when it matters most. Each component is practical, portable, and based on science-backed formulations that are trusted across the endurance sports world.

Return Conditions

Returned items must be:

Items Not Eligible for Return

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Opened packages
  • Damaged or soiled items
  • Products not in original packaging
  • Used or partially consumed nutrition products
  • Items returned incomplete

Refunds

Once the returned goods are received and inspected, refunds are issued within 14 days to the original payment method.

Return shipping costs are not refunded unless the item is faulty or sent in error.

Damaged, Wrong, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, contact info@endurancelab.ie within 48 hours.

If we are at fault, we cover return shipping and provide a replacement at no additional cost.
