Recommended Use
- Take 1 serving (10 capsules) with 500 ml of water approximately 60 minutes before intense exercise. This delivers 10 g of sodium bicarbonate.
- Alternatively, calculate your dosage at 0.2–0.3 g per kg of body weight, split into two servings: one two hours before and one one hour before exercise.
- To maintain benefits during exercise, consider topping up with 5 g per hour by consuming one serving of Nrgy Drink Bicarb 45 per hour.
